May is National Hamburger Month, and Americans are celebrating by indulging in their favorite all-American meal. Chef Brian Sullivan, Executive Chef at Red Robin, shared some insights into the nation’s burger obsession.

Sullivan shared 50 percent of Americans heat a hamburger at least once a week. He explained that the simplicity and deliciousness of a great burger make it a staple in American diets.

Red Robin is spicing things up with new offerings, including burgers topped with crispy onion straws. To complement these mouthwatering creations, Sullivan recommended pairing them with iconic steak fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. For a sweet finish, he suggested a chocolate milkshake or their new peaches and cream shake.

To celebrate National Burger Month, Sullivan suggested hosting a party or backyard BBQ, ordering in, or visiting Red Robin. All month long Red Robin patrons will have the opportunity to win burgers for a year as well other prizes.

So, whether you’re a burger aficionado or just looking for an excuse to indulge, May is the perfect time to enjoy this beloved American classic.
