The video shows a clerk at the store on 3rd Ave and Pine Street putting the gold and diamond bracelet on the man, who then bolts for the door.
A security guard grabbed the man, but the suspect slipped out of his jacket and got away. However, the man was spotted by a security guard at Pacific Place, who during a struggle managed to take the expensive bracelet off the suspect’s wrist.
The thief again got away, but the bracelet was returned to Tiffany’s.
