SEATTLE — The Seattle Storm are set to open their 2025 WNBA regular season tonight in a high-energy matchup against the Phoenix Mercury at PHX Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. local time.

Fans in Washington can catch all the action live on KOMO/CW or stream it exclusively on Prime Video (WA only).

Calling the game for the Storm broadcast will be Dick Fain on play-by-play, with analysis from longtime commentator Elise Woodward.

Seattle will be without forward Katie Lou Samuelson, who remains sidelined due to a right knee injury. Samuelson rejoined the Storm this offseason, but her return will be delayed as she continues recovery.

This marks the first official look at Seattle’s revamped roster, which comes into the season with high expectations and a mix of veteran leadership and promising young talent.

Tonight’s game kicks off what promises to be a competitive season across the league, with both teams looking to establish early momentum.
