COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The Pizzuti Companies and Roth Real Estate Group have announced that Pickle Park & Pub will anchor the ground floor retail space of Astor Park Office, marking the first retail tenant for the new development across from Lower.com Field.
Spanning 17,250 square feet, Pickle Park & Pub will offer six pickleball courts (five indoor, one outdoor), golf simulators, a chef-driven kitchen, full-service bar and a patio overlooking the stadium.
“This concept is the perfect complement to our vision for Astor Park,” said Joel Pizzuti, President and CEO of The Pizzuti Companies. “It brings the community together through activity, connection, and fun.”
The membership-based venue will also feature a retail space offering curated pickleball gear and apparel. An app will let members reserve courts, book lessons, and engage with others.
Astor Park Office is also home to BBI Logistics and part of a broader development that includes housing, public art and park access. Residential construction began in April.
Pickle Park & Pub is expected to open in early 2026.
