A lovely Sunday on the way with more sunshine and warmth for Mother’s Day.

TONIGHT: Clear, seasonable, low 50.SUNDAY: Mostly sunny, warm, high 77.MONDAY: Chance of showers and iso. T-storms, mild, high 75.TUESDAY: Showers, mild again, high 76.WEDNESDAY: Rain and T-storms, warm high 80.THURSDAY: Chance for showers, HOT, high 86.FRIDAY: Chance for showers, HOT again, high 86.SATURDAY: Chance for scattered showers, warm, high 80.

Highs will be above average in the mid to upper 70s with clear skies. Enjoy the beautiful day because Central Ohio will see wetter weather through the week.

Rain arrives sometime on Monday. It is looking light late morning/early afternoon with some early evening thunderstorms possible. As of right now, any thunderstorms look to be non-severe.

We will crank up the rain and thunderstorm chances for Tuesday and Wednesday as a warm front moves north of Ohio. This puts us in the warm sector, and we will be monitoring this system as it gets closer. This front will drive highs into the mid 80s for Thursday and Friday as some chances for showers continue as well.

It looks like next weekend will begin a cooling trend. It looks to still reach 80 for Saturday, and highs return closer to average for the start of next week. We may see some low-end rain chances as well.
