A 55-year-old Denton man complained about dehydration and breathing troubles around two hours before he died in Dallas police’s custody, according to footage released Friday by the department.Horace John Groves III’s time of death was 3:51 a.m. on April 29, according to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s record. State police arrested an off-duty Dallas police sergeant Friday, Dallas police said, accusing the nearly 20-year officer of driving while intoxicated while a child was in his vehicle.Sgt.
