More charcuterie lovers in the Boston area will now have access to a popular brand’s high-quality boards this season.
Kured, Boston’s first customizable charcuterie board shop, is hosting a seasonal pop-up at Garden Bar at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge for the foreseeable future.
While Garden Bar will offer a rotating beverage menu of frozen cocktails, wines and local craft brews, Kured will serve sandwiches, charcuterie chips and rotating specialty hot dogs. Kured will let diners to make their own charcuterie boards by hosting classes throughout the season.
Kured was founded as the first build-your-own-charcuterie shop in 2020 by Boston College graduate Gilli Rozynek.
The company has a brick-and-mortar shop at 83 Charles St. in Beacon Hill and offers catering services across Boston and New York City. Kured’s menu consists of highly curated meats and artisanal, locally sourced cheeses.
Garden Bar is located in The Charles Hotel’s street side lower courtyard where Bennett and Eliot streets meet. The address for the hotel is 1 Bennett St., Cambridge.
Garden Bar is open from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 12-9 p.m. Saturday and 12-6 p.m. Sunday.
