Renowned actress Emma Stone is catching some buzz after an incident at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival Friday.
Stone, who was there to promote her new film “Eddington,” hit the red carpet with a visit from an unexpected guest.
During her red carpet appearance, a bee would not leave her side.

In a video of the incident, Stone is startled by the bee, shuddering at its arrival.
However, she was side-by-side with co-stars Pedro Pascal and Austin Butler, who swatted and blew at the pesky insect.
The red carpet mishap has quickly grabbed attention from fans on social media, who are finding the interaction hilarious.
“Emma Stone, surviving a red carpet bee attack, is going down as one of my all-time favourite celebrity photos,” an X user posted.
Another user turned their attention to Pascal and Butler.
“Everyone is speaking about Emma Stone’s survival against a bee at Cannes Film Festival, but no one is speaking about how fiercely Austin Butler and Pedro Pascal fought against the bee to protect Emma Stone,” an X user said.
