Joshua Jackson filed an emergency custody order modification amid his legal battle with ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum alleged that the “Queen & Slim” actress changed their 5-year-old daughter Juno’s school without his permission, according to a motion filed Friday and obtained by People.
In the court docs, Jackson, 46, claimed Turner-Smith, 38, stated it’s “no big deal to force Juno to start over with a new school.”
The “Doctor Odyssey” actor also claimed he is concerned that “Jodie is attempting to create a scenario where Juno travels with her rather than attending a traditional school.”
He requested that the court order his ex-wife to keep Juno at the school she’s been attending through the next academic year. He also asked the court for joint consent from both parties relating to their child’s education.
Page Six has reached out to Turner-Smith’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Last month, Page Six reported that the exes could not agree on where to send Juno to school and that Turner-Smith wanted a judge to grant a court order to ensure she has the final say.
The documents stated that the “Anne Boleyn” star researched the school, conferred with Jackson about it and made sure it was close to his home.
However, the dad of one allegedly refused to get on board.
Turner-Smith also requested that the “Affair” actor cover the $75,000 she paid an attorney for the school conflict.
The British actress filed for divorce from Jackson in October 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split. She asked for joint physical custody of their daughter, Juno, whom they welcomed in April 2020.
A source told Us Weekly that the “Mighty Ducks” star was “caught off guard” by the filing and didn’t think their marital issues were enough to call it quits.
Jackson then had a brief fling with “Black Panther” actress Lupita Nyong’o.
In December 2024, Turner-Smith accused her ex-husband of not paying child support.
She alleged in the docs at the time that Jackson “promised to always support me and ensured me that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother.”
They finalized their divorce last month.
Turner-Smith and Jackson met at his birthday party in 2018 and secretly got engaged less than a year later.
The pair tied the knot in December 2019.
