SPRINGFIELD — Helix Family Services will hold the its annual Taste of Margarita on Friday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Elegant Affairs at 1380 Main St.

For $35 per person, attendees will sample margaritas crafted by various local restaurants, bars and businesses. Guests will have the opportunity to cast their vote for their favorite margarita, too.

At the end of the evening, the votes will be tallied, and one lucky contender will be crowned “The Best Margarita in the Pioneer Valley.”

Alongside the margarita tasting, attendees can enjoy food, live music and participate in raffles throughout the event.

Every dollar raised at the Taste of Margarita event will go to supporting children and families served by Helix Human Services in the Berkshires and Greater Springfield.

“We’re thrilled to shake things up for children and families,” said Mark Paglia, CEO of Helix Human Services. “Taste of Margarita is a fun way to bring our community together while raising vital support for the children and families we serve at Helix Human Services.”

For more information about sponsorships or to purchase tickets to the 21-plus event, visit helixhumanservices.org/7th-annual-taste-of-margarita.
