During the first week and a half of June, the New England Revolution will be without Ignatius Ganago and Allan Oyirwoth.
Both will head to Marrakesh, Morocco, to represent their home countries in friendly matches during the international window.
Ganago, 26, will be joining Cameroon’s senior squad, a group he’s earned 15 caps for so far in his career.
The forward was most recently seen on the pitch for Cameroon in March as a substitute in a World Cup Qualifying match against Eswatini. Ganago is still looking for the first goal of his international senior career.
For Oyirwoth, this is the third time he’s been called up to Uganda’s senior side. The 18-year-old last played for the Cranes in January of 2024 as a substitute in a friendly against Kuwait.
In his first season with the Revs, Oyirwoth has started in six MLS NEXT Pro matches and has started in two U.S. Open Cup matches for the seniors team.
